At Ridgeview Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, we believe exceptional pediatric dental care starts with exceptional people.
Rare FULL TIME, 4 day per week, position in a PRIVATELY OWNED pediatric/orthodontic practice in the north Denver Suburbs. Our office is busy and growing, with a strong community relationship and referrals. We are seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Pediatric Dentist who is passionate about creating positive experiences for children and families while delivering high-quality clinical care with a personal touch.
Our practice was built around a simple philosophy: kids deserve a dental home where they feel safe, valued, and excited to return. Our staff and providers deserve a supportive environment where they can thrive personally and professionally.

Ownership mentality, owner is very open to buy in/purchase
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Competitive compensation, guaranteed base salary for the first 90 days, anticipated annual compensation $280-350k+. You can be productive here!
Company pays dental license
Company pays malpractice insurance
Company paid membership with CAPD/AAPD/ADA
401K with matching up to 3%
Employer sponsored medical insurance
Continuing Education allowance
Work with the owner to set the schedule you want, flexible scheduling for work-life balance!
