Job Description
Pediatric Front Desk Receptionist
Fast paced Pediatric office looking for a professional, hardworking, and kind individual to join our team.
This a Full-Time Position (40 hours a week) NO EXCEPTIONS.
Expected start date mid December 2026
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide friendly, courteous, efficient and effective customer service in all interactions with patients and staff.
Handle all routine administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
Answering phone calls in a timely manner.
Checking In and Out patients.
Scheduling appointments.
Taking messages for providers.
Completing school forms (Physical and Camp forms)
Referrals and authorizations for specialist.
Collecting balances and copay
Scanning incoming faxes and patient documents.
Insurance verification
Preparing medical records
Maintaining reception/waiting area clean and presentable
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a medical front desk position.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Knowledge in EMR , preferred but not required
Must be punctual and willing to come to work.
Candidate must be properly groomed. (clean and professional look)
Mut be able to work Full-Time. Employee cannot have other responsibilities during working hours.
Must be fluent in English

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
