Personal Assistant/Dental receptionist

WE’RE HIRING — PERSONAL ASSISTANT / DENTAL RECEPTIONIST
Yazbeck Dental Studio is looking for a professional, highly organized, and dependable Personal Assistant / Dental Receptionist.

Part-Time or Full-Time Available
Main Responsibilities:
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
Greet and check patients in and out
Assist with insurance verification, payments, and patient follow-ups
Manage the doctor's personal and professional calendar
Schedule personal appointments, meetings, reservations, and events
Assist with travel arrangements, flights, hotels, and itineraries when needed
Manage emails, phone calls, reminders, and important deadlines
Make calls and follow up with vendors, businesses, and personal contacts
Assist with ordering, purchases, returns, receipts, and basic record keeping
Help organize personal and business documents, files, and paperwork
Assist with office projects, marketing, social media, and events
Help coordinate staff schedules and office needs
Handle personal errands and other day-to-day tasks when needed
Must be comfortable with computers, technology, and learning new systems
Must be trustworthy and able to handle confidential personal and business information
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, flexible, and able to multitask. Dental office experience is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
