Job Description
Clinical Scope & Daily Logistics
Inpatient & Outpatient Draw Loops: Perform routine and complex venipunctures based on direct provider orders across diverse patient demographics.
Rigid Accountability: Adhere to precise administrative standards, including physically signing an attendance log at the exact start and completion of every shift.
Compliance First: Maintain strict adherence to patient identification protocols (two approved identifiers) and sterile blood collection techniques.
What You Must Bring to the Station
Experience Baseline: Minimum of one (1) year of active phlebotomy experience OR a national/state-recognized phlebotomy certification.
National Certification: Active CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) credential.
Life Support: Current, active AHA BLS card.
Certification: Current and valid AHA BLS provider card is a hard requirement.
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
