Job Description
Responsibilities include answering phone, schedule new and returning patients appointments, obtaining prior authorizations, collection of co-pays and entering patient demographics.
Job requirements are, knowledge and understanding of PPO, HMO, EPO, Workers Compensation, Medicare and Medi-Cal insurances. Must have strong communication, organization and computer skills; work well with others and have a friendly personality. Understanding how to operate fax, copier and computer equipment. Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
