Job Description
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, who can multi-task and has a positive attitude. If you are an experienced Practice Assistant who is kind, enthusiastic and dedicated, we are looking for YOU!

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as a liaison between patient/family/provider
Assist patients with the check-out process
Create a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service
Manage a physician’s clinic and surgical schedule
Maintain patient medical records utilizing EHR
Perform outreach calls to patients, physicians and nursing facilities
Proactively assist with general office tasks when necessary to help with daily operations.
Key Competencies
Strong interpersonal, written and phone communication skills
Demonstrates a high degree of tact, judgement and courtesy when dealing with patients and staff
Organized with time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable and punctual
Work autonomously with attention to detail
Comply with HIPAA guidelines
Strong knowledge of EHR
