Preventive Specialty Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:
Ability to work with the latest technologies, willing to learn new skills
Sterilize instruments, set up trays, prepare patients and assist specialists (Endodontists, Orthodontist, Periodontists and Oral Surgeons) with a variety of dental procedures
Data entry with accurate and timely record keeping
Address the needs of patients, being thorough and attentive, honoring patient confidentiality at all times
Comply with dental regulatory guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
Level 2 Dental Assistant certification preferred but not required!

Must have 5 years + of Dental Specialty experience
Knowledge of Tracker/Dolphin software and asset
Ability to work in a team environment as a positive and contributing member
Skilled chairside and caring bedside manner
Familiar with current industry standards, ethical principles and dedicated to oral health
