Job Overview
Join a physician-owned primary care practice in Silver Spring, Maryland as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is fluent in Korean! Earning $125,000–$150,000 base salary plus a productivity bonus. Korean fluency is a hard requirement — a significant share of visits are conducted in Korean from history and examination through counseling and family discussion. New graduates are welcome, and candidates with 5+ years of relevant RN experience are strongly considered.
Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and hybrid or telehealth days are all negotiable for the right person.
What You'll Do
Provide primary care to an adult panel (ages 18 and over), conducting visits in Korean where preferred
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and thyroid disease
Perform wellness visits, preventive screenings, and health maintenance
Order and interpret labs and imaging, coordinate specialty referrals
Deliver medication and lifestyle counseling in Korean, adapted to each patient
Document accurately in eClinicalWorks
Collaborate with the physician owner on complex cases

Preferred
Prior primary care experience as NP, PA, or ambulatory RN

Experience serving immigrant populations or in language-concordant care settings
Interest in building a long-term patient panel
