Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Private Duty Growth Manager to lead the expansion of our private care services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, account management, and business development within healthcare or related sectors. This role is responsible for growing MD Home Health’s private duty/Home Assist service line by building referral relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, case managers, discharge planners, elder law attorneys, and families seeking non-medical support at home. The position has the potential to grow into a Director of Business Development role overseeing broader referral strategy, payer/community partnerships, marketing initiatives, and growth across multiple MD service lines.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive sales strategies focused on expanding private duty services through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our personalized care solutions.
Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer service, retention, and satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client needs within the healthcare sector.
Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients to secure service agreements that align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to tailor service offerings that meet specific client requirements.
Utilize analysis skills to monitor sales performance metrics, forecast growth opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Deliver compelling product demos and technical sales pitches that clearly communicate benefits and differentiate our services from competitors.
Foster leadership within the sales team by providing mentorship, training on B2B sales techniques, and promoting a results-driven culture.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or medical/pharmaceutical sales with a focus on healthcare services or home care solutions.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
Demonstrated success in outside sales roles requiring proactive outreach and relationship cultivation.
Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for creating presentations, reports, and proposals.
Analytical skills necessary for market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
Leadership qualities with experience guiding or mentoring sales teams or cross-functional groups.
