Overview
Join our dynamic dental team as a PT Dental Chairside Assistant in Amherst/Lorain, where you assist the dentist M-Weds in private practice with no eves /weekends and a 3 day work week! Work hard/play hard mentality; top pay for the person with that fits well with this small group of mature staff that respect and help each other. Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and the treatment area efficiently.
Ensure all dental equipment is sterilized, maintained, and ready for use to uphold the highest standards of infection control.
Manage patient comfort by providing clear instructions and supporting them throughout their appointment.
Handle medical documentation accurately, including recording patient information, treatment details, and post-procedure instructions using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Support patient service efforts by answering questions, scheduling follow-up appointments, and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols related to manual handling and infection prevention.
