Lead RDA / Endodontic Assistant
The Pines Endodontics is a modern specialty practice opening in SW Calgary, and we are looking for an incredible RDA to join our growing team from the beginning.
We are building something special — and we are looking for an incredible RDA to grow with us from the beginning.
The Pines Endodontics is a modern, specialty endodontic practice focused on exceptional patient care, strong team culture, and creating an environment people genuinely love being part of. We are looking for a motivated, experienced, team-focused assistant who is excited to step into a leadership-style role within a growing specialty office.
This is not just another assisting job. We want someone who takes pride in their work, loves organization and efficiency, enjoys helping create systems, and wants to be part of building an amazing patient experience from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Chairside assisting for endodontic procedures
Helping create smooth clinical flow and organization
Preparing operatories and maintaining sterilization protocols
Inventory management and ordering support
Supporting a positive, team-first environment
Helping us build strong systems as the practice grows
Who We’re Looking For:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Previous dental assisting experience required
Endodontic experience is an asset, but personality and attitude matter just as much
Organized, dependable, proactive, and adaptable
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team mentality
Leadership mindset and willingness to grow
