RDA Back office Team Member (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential)
We are a growing private general dental practice seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We welcome candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow, as well as experienced RDAs looking to advance their careers in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Our practice values exceptional patient care, teamwork, leadership, and continuous professional development.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our practice continues to expand.

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
Current X-ray certification as required by state regulations
Responsibilities May Include:
Assisting the dentist with four-handed chairside dentistry
Dental charting and accurate clinical record documentation
Taking digital radiographs (X-rays)
Operating intraoral scanners and 3D scanning technology
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical efficiency
Following all sterilization and infection control protocols
Supporting both clinical and administrative team members as needed
Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
Contributing to an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
