Registered Dental Assistant EF II (RDAEF2)Join Our Growing Dental Team!
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant EF II (RDAEF2) to join our exceptional dental team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled assistant who is passionate about delivering quality patient care and working in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Position Summary
The RDAEF2 plays a critical role in supporting our doctors and providing an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate is clinically proficient, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities
Perform all duties permitted under California RDAEF2 licensure
Place and finish direct restorations as authorized by state regulations
Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans
Assist dentists during restorative, surgical, and cosmetic procedures
Fabricate and place temporary restorations
Educate patients regarding treatment and oral health
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared and stocked
Adhere to infection control and OSHA standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications
Current California Registered Dental Assistant EF II License
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and clinical excellence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Experience with digital dentistry and practice management software preferred
