About the Position
We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable while supporting high-quality dental care.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.

Take dental X-rays as authorized.

Sterilize instruments and follow infection-control protocols.

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.

Explain pre- and post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist.

Help maintain supplies and keep treatment areas organized.

Work with the team to keep appointments running smoothly.

Perform duties within the RDA’s authorized scope of practice.

Qualifications
Active California Registered Dental Assistant license.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Strong chairside assisting and patient communication skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to infection control.

Reliable attendance and a professional, collaborative attitude.

Comfortable using dental practice software and digital X-rays.
[Preferred experience level, such as one year of dental assisting experience.]
Experience assisting with extractions, implants, and oral surgery is a plus.
