RDA/ Lead Dental Assistant

Brazos Kids Dental is seeking a fun, motivated, and dedicated Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. As a lead dental assistant, you perform a wide range of tasks like providing patient care, taking X-rays, recordkeeping, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and State Dental Board regulations.

Responsible for the professional and clinical development of clinical team members.

Assists the doctor during a variety of treatments, exams, and procedures.

Cleans and sterilizes instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.

Direct doctor accordingly to maximize schedule efficiency and minimize downtime.

Maintains a smooth patient workflow with the front office staff and clinical teams to promote timely and exceptional patient experience visits.

Maintain clinical supplies and inventory.

Responsible for the maintenance of emergency kits and first aid supplies in the office to ensure that they are stocked properly and up to date.

Participate in monthly Team meetings.

Assist in safety policies and procedures.

Assist with other office duties requested or needed.

Requirements:
Active Registered Dental Assistant License.

Current CPR certification.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
