RDA Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures, including adjustments and bonding
Take and process digital X-rays (NJ X-ray license required)
Utilize orthodontic treatment planning (TP) experience to support patient care
Prepare and maintain clinical areas and sterilization protocols
Provide excellent patient communication and education
Keep the office running smoothly in a high-energy, team-oriented setting
Requirements:
NJ Dental Radiology (X-ray) License – REQUIRED
Orthodontic assisting experience with treatment planning (TP) skills
Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliability and professionalism
