Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Orthodontics
Calgary, AB
We are a fast-paced, modern orthodontic practice in Calgary looking for a motivated and personable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team.
Our office focuses heavily on patient experience, teamwork, professionalism, and creating a positive atmosphere for both patients and staff. We are looking for someone who is confident clinically, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys building relationships with patients of all ages.
What We’re Looking For:
Active RDA license in Alberta
Orthodontic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable working with both children and adult patients
Responsibilities:
Chairside orthodontic assisting
Taking records, photos, and scans
Sterilization and operatory setup
Assisting with patient flow and clinical efficiency
Educating patients on treatment and oral hygiene
Supporting doctors and clinical team as needed
