This is an unbenefited position that includes a 10% incentive on hourly wage.
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Ampla Health is seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support our dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves performing clinical duties under general and direct supervision, in accordance with California dental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with exams, charting, and basic dental procedures
Perform coronal polishing and sealant placement (if certified)
Place and remove temporary dressings, post-op dressings, and periodontal packs
Take x-rays, perform pulp testing, and size crowns/bands
Maintain patient comfort and support dental providers chairside
Travel to other clinic locations as needed
Qualifications:
Valid California RDA license
Current CPR and X-ray certification
Strong communication and patient service skills
High manual dexterity and physical stamina for clinical tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
