RDA Wanted: 3–4 Days/Week (Growing Practice)
Join a professional team where your clinical skills and initiative directly impact our growth. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining seamless daily operations.
The Opportunity
Schedule: Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in addition to one or two Saturdays per month

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Assist with various procedures, including orthodontics and pediatrics. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with safety protocols.
Imaging & Tech: Take dental radiographs using Romexis Imaging for digital imaging and treatment planning.
Practice Operations: Manage inventory tracking and clinical ordering within a set budget.
Patient Coordination: Provide oral health education and post-treatment instructions. Handle administrative tasks (scheduling, check-in/out) using Cleardent when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–2 years of proven clinical experience preferred.
Software: Proficiency with Cleardent is highly valued.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of dental assisting techniques, medical terminology, and infection control standards.
Attributes: A motivated professional who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Experience:
Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
