Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – San Diego, CA (92130)
Our dental office is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in our San Diego location. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience
Prepare patients for dental treatments and procedures
Prepare and organize instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures
Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques
Sterilize and maintain instruments in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Take and process dental X-rays following safety protocols
Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
Support both back-office and front-office duties as needed
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Strong chairside assisting skills and knowledge of dental assisting procedures
Understanding of dental terminology, infection control, and aseptic techniques
Experience with EMR software (Open Dental experience preferred)
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
