Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Compensation: $50 per hour guaranteed, with unlimited earning potential through our production bonus program. Our hygiene team averages over $65 per hour+.

Responsibilities
Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing
Conduct patient assessments and document findings
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by state regulations
Take and interpret dental radiographs
Assist dentists with patient care and treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software
Adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
Current Vermont Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility for licensure)
Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and dental office procedures
Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred
Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
