Job Description
Well-established general dental practice with a great staff and an amazing Doctor looking for a new addition to our dental front office team.
The “right” person would possess:
A warm and welcoming personality with the ability to connect with others. This is by far the most important skill you could have.
2+ yrs experience with dental front office admin duties or dental assisting
Insurance and dental knowledge would be a major bonus
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
The ability to learn and retain new skills
Reliable and trustworthy
You will be part of a three person front office team that shares all front office operations. Exact roles dependent on skill-set but include:
Maintaining full and accurate schedule to your best ability
Checking patients in and out
Answering phones, email and texting patients, managing mail
Collecting patient payments and posting completed treatment to ledger
Composing and presenting treatment plans to patients
Verifying insurance, submitting claims, and posting insurance payments
Collaborate with outside colleagues and specialists
Excellent time management, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential to thriving in this position. This is the ideal spot for someone passionate about a dentistry career.
Hours : full-time /part-time (start and stop time flexible) and 3 patient days per week . This schedule can be somewhat flexible.
Salary is very competitive and based on your skill set.
Benefits include: dental, medical, and vision insurance, retirement plan with employer match, monthly transportation stipend, paid time off, and holiday pay.
Job Location: Downtown Seattle (Century Square Building) just off the major bus line and light rail.
