Rejuuv Medi Spa, by Dr. Shawn Seit is a leading medical spa clinic in Toronto, Canada. We currently have 3 clinics in the GTA. Our team of specialized professionals are trained on the most advanced technology, while providing the highest level of service. Summary of Position
Rejuuv Medi Spa is seeking an exceptional Receptionist. As the face of Rejuuv Medi Spa, your caring and professional manner will ensure clients feel welcome and comfortable. You will capably answer any questions they have, book and schedule treatments, and develop a rapport, creating an ongoing relationship between the clients and the Rejuuv Medi Spa team of experts.
Roles and Responsibilities
*Process payments of services
*Answer and make telephone calls and emails to clients
*Provide guidance to clients on the procedures available at the Spa
*Book treatments & services and advise clients of promotions
*Assist in ensuring client needs are met and their experience is satisfying
*Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the spa
*Reliable, motivated, and engaging qualities necessary
*Superior customer service skills required
Qualifications
*Strong aptitude with numbers
*Previous experience in administrative or reception role
*Experience with spa or medical software an asset
*Experience with cosmetic, salon, spa, medical spa industry
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Must have superior customer service skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
*Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
*Strong time management and organizational skills
*Honest, courteous and able to demonstrate strong work ethics
*Driven and ability to work with minimum supervision
*Knowledge English / Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
Job Types: Full-time, must be available to work evenings and weekends

*Receptionist: 1 years (Preferred)
*Previous administrative experience 1 years (Preferred)
