The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients of our outpatient program, visitors, vendors, and other guests entering the facility.
Qualifications:
Required:High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Preferred:
2 to 3 yrs office experience with general knowledge of secretarial methods
Scheduling Requirements:
Full Time
Day
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities include warmly greeting and directing individuals, answering questions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment
The receptionist assists outpatient clients securing personal belongings in designated lockers, supports visitor management, and performs clerical and administrative duties as needed to support hospital operations
Strong communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel), and ability to interact effectively with diverse populations are essential
