Job Description
We are a 71-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Hayward seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our team.
Position Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Coordinate resident transportation arrangements
Accompany residents to appointments as needed
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties
Provide excellent customer service and support to staff, residents, and visitors
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required
