Job Description
Are you a friendly, organized, and motivated individual who enjoys helping people smile? The Dental Team of Loveland is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our welcoming and fast-paced dental office!
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients with a warm and professional attitude
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Verify dental insurance and process billing
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to ensure smooth office flow
Maintain patient records and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask
✅ Previous dental office or medical front desk experience preferred (but not required)
✅ Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.) is a plus
✅ Team player with a positive attitude
