Receptionist

Tribeca Dental Design is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth administrative process.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries

- Verify and update patient information in our system

- Coordinate and communicate with the dental team to maintain a seamless workflow

- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area

- Process insurance claims and assist patients with billing inquiries
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs)

- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
