Summary
We are seeking an orthodontic receptionist to join our excellent team at Golden Valley Orthodontics, PA.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic.

Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the orthodontic team.

Handle patient records and ensure accurate documentation of medical information.

Help process insurance claims and manage medical billing inquiries.

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for patients.

Requirements
Previous Reception experience in a dental setting
Familiarity with dental terminology and orthodontic procedures is highly desirable
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Various administrative duties
