We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Orthodontic team! Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
Handle data entry and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, including electronic document management using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, calendar management, and coordinating meetings
Provide administrative support for various departments, including personal assistant tasks and medical or dental receptionist duties as needed
Skills
Strong computer literacy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Exceptional phone etiquette with experience handling complex inquiries via multi-line phone systems
Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures
Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills to support clients and team members alike
