In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor will be essential to the success of our operations.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations using Google Suite applications.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical office setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications.
