Job Overview
Job Title: Dental Office Phone Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and confident Phone Receptionist to join our dental office in downtown, Vancouver. This position is dedicated primarily to answering incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Speak with patients in a warm, friendly, and courteous manner.
Answer general questions about the dental office, services, and office hours.
Route calls to the appropriate team member when necessary.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
Provide every caller with a positive and welcoming experience.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
Clear, confident, and friendly speaking voice.
Strong listening and customer service skills.
Professional, patient, and compassionate when interacting with patients.
Ability to remain calm and organized while handling multiple calls.
Basic computer skills for scheduling appointments.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and can make patients feel comfortable from the moment they call. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, organized, and able to communicate clearly and professionally. Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset but is not required.
