Fresh Touch Med Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting the daily operations of our clinic.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients in a professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Promote services, memberships, and retail products
Support practitioners and ensure smooth client flow
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform general administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Previous reception, customer service, clinic, spa, or salon experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using booking software, POS systems, and computers
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Sales experience is an asset
