Greeting patients and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Managing appointment scheduling and patient check-ins.
Discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients.
Handling phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A minimum of one year of experience working at the front desk of a dental office.
Familiarity with treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
A friendly and professional demeanor that puts patients at ease.
