We’re looking for a friendly, organized dental receptionist to help create a welcoming experience for our patients. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, maintaining accurate records, verifying insurance, processing payments, and coordinating follow-up care. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients and supporting a busy dental team. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
Greet guests as they arrive.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
