Receptionist & Clinic Assistant

Parksville Physiotherapy is a busy physiotherapy clinic and wellness center. The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task efficiently, and proficient computer skills are essential. Familiarity and experience with billing, collecting payments, accounts receivable/payable is necessary. The medical office assistant is the first point of contact for our patients. A friendly disposition, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a team environment are required attributes. A typical day will involve answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, processing insurance claims, supporting clinicians, cashing out and performing closing duties.
