Receptionist / Dental Assistant (Flexible Part-time or Full-time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our dental practice. Our office is a private practice, and the dentist is great to work with! This position involves providing exceptional patient care, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, proficient knowledge of dental and medical terminology, and excellent customer service abilities. Previous dental office experience is highly valued to enhance patient communication and support.

Requirements
Receptionist with DA experience is ideal
Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting; dental clinic experience preferred
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and insurance billing processes
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
