Job Description
Position: Full-Time
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our physiotherapy clinic. The ideal candidate is professional, welcoming, and comfortable working in a busy clinic environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
Provide information about clinic services and appointments
Process payments, billing, and insurance claims
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist with general administrative duties, including filing and inventory management
Help keep the reception area organized and welcoming
Support the physiotherapy team with day-to-day clinic tasks
Qualifications
Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Friendly and professional manner
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience in a healthcare or physiotherapy setting is an asset
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
