Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator
Kaado MD Aesthetics & Anti-Aging Medicine – Virginia Beach, VA
Kaado MD is a physician-led, luxury medical aesthetics practice seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
What You’ll Do
Greet patients and manage front desk flow
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Check patients in/out and handle payments
Support daily administrative tasks
Maintain a polished, welcoming environment
Protect patient confidentiality at all times
What We’re Looking For
Front desk or medical/aesthetic experience preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Spanish Bilingual preferred
Professional appearance and calm demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable with scheduling systems and multitasking
