Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Support

Job Type: Temporary — 18-month maternity leave coverage with potential to become permanent for the right candidate
About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk Support to join South Rock Dental in South Surrey, BC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What You Will Be Doing
Greeting patients in a courteous and professional manner
Managing incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Supporting day to day front desk and administrative operations
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
Schedule
3 to 4 days per week across Tuesday through Friday
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Fridays sometimes until 3:30 PM)
Wednesday: 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM
One Saturday per month (no Saturdays in July or August)
Compensation & Benefits
$27 to $33 per hour
4% vacation pay
Full dental coverage

Performance-based bonus available
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 1 year of reception, front desk, or administrative experience
Dental software experience is an asset but not a requirement
Organized, personable, and able to work within established systems and protocols
Legally entitled to work in Canada
