Receptionist / Front Office

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be checking patients in and out while providing excellent customer service and administrative support. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, billing, sending claims, faxing and scheduling referrals. - Maintain office cleanliness and organization - Assist with order entry and data entry tasks - Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars - Handle incoming and outgoing mail - Provide support to other administrative staff as needed **Requirements:** - Proven experience in customer support or a related role - Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and order entry - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Organizational skills with great attention to detail - Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus.
