Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, coordinating operations, check-in and out, inventory, patient communications, as well as personal assisting. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties
- Get day ready to start, confirm appointments, greet patients, check-in and out, coordination of rooms, inventory.
Skills
- Excellent customer service abilities, creative, team player, hard working, super friendly, adaptable, flexible and outgoing.
- Experience as a spa, dental or medical receptionist is a plus, providing insight into industry-specific communication needs.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
