Front Desk Receptionist — Dental Office
Full-Time
We're looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental practice. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a warm and efficient experience from the moment they walk in or call.
What You'll Do
Greet patients and check them in/out with a friendly, professional attitude.
Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance and handle billing/payment collection
Maintain accurate patient records and update files as needed
Manage the daily schedule and coordinate with the clinical team
Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
A positive, team-oriented attitude
