Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team for both locations in Burnaby and port Coquitlam. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, new patients and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently . The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere while supporting daily operations.

Requirements
Experience working in a orthodontic, or general dental clinic.

General understanding of dental insurance.

Proven administrative experience, preferably in a dental office setting
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
Previous sales experience will be considered an asset
Mandarin speaking ability is preferred
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
