Job Description
Well established Hi Tech Dental Laboratory in San Diego looking for a motivated, energetic, professional Scheduler. Fast Pace laboratory always on the cutting edge of dental technology.
Competencies: Must be highly organized Detail-Oriented Excellent Communication Skills Computer Proficient Great Team Player Great Multi-tasking skills Bilingual - Spanish (A must)
Primary Responsibilities:
-Responsible for Tracking and Scanning Cases throughout the day.
-Ensures that cases are to be scheduled and delivered on a timely basis.
-Ensures that processing of all work orders is accurate, paying extra attention to all the details, without missing any imperative information.
-Scheduler's ability to communicate and problem solve effectively is critical
-Ability to display proper phone etiquette with doctors and office staff
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced work environment.
-Must be able to work independently and with a team.
-Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
-May be asked to perform other related duties as assigned.
-We are looking for a candidate that is bilingual in Spanish, can provide exceptional customer service, pays close attention to detail, and can adapt to changing environments.

Requirements: -Minimum 2 years of Entry Level administrative/customer service experience preferred
-Proficient with Excel, report generating skills
-Ability to multitask along with a strong attention to detail
-Solid written and verbal skills.
Full Time Position
8:30 am - 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
