Job Description
Clement Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our front office team. Our practice is built on delivering excellent patient care, and the receptionist plays a key role in making sure every patient feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Answering phones, scheduling, and confirming appointments.
Collecting payments and handling insurance information.
Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous dental/medical office experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Computer proficiency (experience with Dentrix is a plus).
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy office.
