Receptionist

Johnston Road Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for the right candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional customer service, and values teamwork.

Responsibilites

- Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth

- Schedule and confirm appointments

- Manage incoming phone calls and emails

- Collect and process patient payments

- Maintain acurate patient records

- Coordinate tretament plans and follow-up appointments

- Support the clinial team with administrative duties as needed

- Help ensure a positive patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications

- Previous dental reception experience preferred

- Experience with Tracker software is considered a strong asset

- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

- Abilty to work independently and take initiative
