Job Description
Overview
We are looking for an experienced RDA to join our growing team! We have an existing established office that is thriving; and we are ready to add a new team member. If you are looking for a company to grow in your career, and become a part of a close knit team-this is the place for you! The ideal candidate will be responsible, punctual, friendly and patient focused. We are all apart of a team-and as such help each other out in every aspect of the practice. Evenings and Saturdays will be required. After the probationary period has ended; the employee will be eligible for the bonus system along with dental care benefits. Responsibilities
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are ready for use.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to safety protocols.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. (PSP)
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using dental software systems.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures within the practice.
Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and practice efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00-$33.00 per hour
