Registered Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant Permit
At Alexander and Martin Orthodontics, our practice is always growing and we are looking to add another amazing assistant to our team of dedicated smile makers! We pride ourselves and strive to be the best part of every patients day and always go above and beyond for our team, our doctors, our community, and our patients. We are a very "team-centered" office, we share in our accomplishments, aim to collaborate with eachother instead of compete and always prioritize our patients before ourselves. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and good communication skills are an absolute must!
We are looking for the right person who has a keen eye for detail, excels in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes the best patient experience above all else. We are excited to be using the most cutting edge technology on the market for our industry but are always looking for new ways to better serve our patients. Job Duties include:
Assisting doctors for all chairside procedures
Indirect bonding of brackets and invisalign attachments
iTero scanning and 3D printing (no impressions, no pouring stone!)
Going above and beyond for our patients and our team
"Team Before Self" mentality, willing to collaborate and work together
Participate in community events
Xray License
Valid licensing - RDA or OAP (orthodontic assisting) permit
Be available full-time (we have 3 Locations- travel is possible)
