Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Groove Dental – Alberta
3–4 Days per Week to Start | Full-Time Potential
Groove Dental is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a privately owned, non-corporate dental office that prioritizes exceptional patient care, strong communication, and a supportive, respectful workplace culture.
We are seeking someone who is professional, personable, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with patients in a modern, high-quality clinical environment.

Single-dentist practice with 1.5 hygienists

Position Details
Schedule:
Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position begins at approximately 3–4 days per week, with potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Assisting chairside during dental procedures
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments
Sterilization and infection prevention protocols
Taking radiographs and digital scans/impressions as required
Supporting efficient clinical flow and patient care
Assisting with treatment presentation and patient education
Maintaining accurate clinical records and charting
Helping create a calm, welcoming, and professional patient experience
Contributing positively to overall office culture and teamwork
Qualifications
Registered Dental Assistant certification in Alberta required
Current CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
Experience with ClearDent software considered an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented practice
