Registered Dental Assistant

Forest Springs Dentistry is a modern, patient-focused dental office in Dripping Springs, TX seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Our office provides comprehensive dentistry including restorative, cosmetic, implant, periodontal, airway-focused, and surgical care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
Take digital x-rays and intraoral photos
Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene
Chart treatment and maintain accurate clinical notes
Support patient flow and ensure an excellent patient experience
Maintain OSHA and infection control standards
Assist with ordering and stocking clinical supplies
Work collaboratively with front office and hygiene team
Qualifications
Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with implants, surgery, and comprehensive treatment preferred but not required
Experience with digital radiographs and dental software preferred but not required
